The team was formed in 2003 by Johanna Kirsten Lagman. Since then, Mandala Productions has been one of the leading facilitation and production house in Asia.
Better known for their forte in kicking off well -known reality and unscripted formats, travel and lifestyle, expedition and adventure content on major global and regional television as well as streaming platforms.
The team also provides content research, creative support, full service preparation and line production.
JOHANNA KIRSTEN LAGMAN
OWNER AND EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
A hands-on producer with a solid background in managing multi-cultural teams on location globally. Johanna leads a closely-knit group of like-minded industry professionals and have access to experienced international manpower.
After completing two degrees in college and one post study in documentary film making, Johanna has worked with the industry’s best before she put up Mandala Productions in 2003.
She has steered her team to being one of the most sought-after support production house in Asia.
AMELIA TORRALBA - PEREZ
CREATIVE PRODUCER AND PRODUCTION HEAD
Mandala Productions concept and story development producer. A published writer, scriptwriter and producer of a number of communication programs, documentaries and reality TV shows.
Amelia is also the team's head of production and as such has more than two decades of experience in handling projects from compact crew shoots to large scale series in Philippines and Asian region.

strong background as an entrepreneur makes him invaluable in managing Mandala Productions needs and manpower seamlessly.
His understanding of the creative as well as
logistics demand has aligned him with locations and people that are great to work with.
DANILO OLANDAY
LOCATION MANAGER
A veteran in the industry and experienced in investigative and documentary production. Dan's field expertise and creative knowledge gives him the edge in matching each projects needs with perfect location.
His strong background and contacts in Asia has been the backbone of the team’s logistics support.
ROBIE RAMOS
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
His infectious grin and unfazed humor has steadily guided Mandala Productions major projects through some of the most challenging shoots in Asia. Robie is adept at coordinating production needs in a multi-cultural setting.
With a background in business and a passion for motor sports, Robie breezes through logistical needs with his own brand of calm and charm.

One of the early members of the team and has forged a path in the field of TVC production. Armed with a wholistic knowledge of production from the different arenas, Jason re-joined the team with a refreshed wit and charm that exemplifies an experienced hand in production.
MANNY PELAYO
DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Soft spoken, precise, always calm and able to capture visually-arresting shots even at the most uncomfortable situation or location.
He is a favorite for both local and foreign projects.
His forte is documentary and reality TV.
Having done travel for almost 30 years in Asia and beyond , Manny’s style fuses together storytelling with just the right amount of excitement to come up with either sublime images or heart-pumping follow action.
ARI TROFEO
SOUND AND DRONE
Belonging to a family who are icons in Philippine cinema, Ari pursued his passion for the craft by focusing on sound and technical production.
Ari is actively traveling the world with Mandala Productions as filed sound director and technical coordinator.
Fondly referred to as the best thing to pack on a location shoot.
He is also the production house's drone operator.

ROMUALDO " ROMMEL" PEREZ
Mandala Productions logo design is the creation of ROMUALDO ROMMEL C. PEREZ, a freelance visual/graphic artist, but most of the time dabbles with his paintings that exude the nuances of surrealism and social realism.
Perez is adept with watercolor, acrylics and assemblages, and has been recognized by prestigious award-giving bodies for his works, both here in the country and abroad.
Perez studied Fine Arts at the University of Sto. Tomas in Manila.
Based in Naga City, Perez lives a quiet life surrounded by his canvases.
